Features · seven capabilities, three safeguards
what would your form do if it listened first?
Most form tools collect. Sorvo converses: it changes the next question based on the last answer, marks a quiz the second it ends, and reports where people hesitate while there’s still time to fix it. What follows is every capability, shown on the screen where you’d use it.
F.01 / canvas
thirty-plus field types, one search box away
Press / anywhere on the canvas, type two letters and the field you want is already highlighted. Rating scales, rank-order, sliders, matrices, file uploads and payment fields all drop in at the cursor, and the live preview keeps pace with every move.
- Reorder a page by its grip handle, undo with ⌘Z
- Required, hint and validation settings per field
Workflow fit
A wholesale lead starts a stockist application from a template on Monday and has it live by lunch.

F.02 / logic
rules that read like the sentence you’d say aloud
“If monthly volume is at least 500 units, jump to step 3A.” That is the whole rule. Stack conditions, show or hide a follow-up, skip an entire page, and preview any path before you publish. Each branch shows how many respondents actually take it.
- Show/hide fields, jump to a step or end early
- Path preview with any sample answer set
Workflow fit
A candle maker sees the fire-safety upload; a linen supplier never does. Same form, two honest routes.

F.03 / flow
long forms, cut into pages people can see the end of
Split a form into steps, label each one, and give respondents a progress bar that tells the truth. Answers save as they go, so a person who closes the tab at question nine returns to question nine.

F.04 / quizzes
a quiz that marks itself and mails the certificate
Assign points per answer, set a pass mark, and show the score the moment someone submits. Add explanations to wrong answers so the quiz teaches as well as tests. When a respondent passes, a PDF certificate with their name and the date goes to their inbox.
- Per-question points, partial credit on multiple choice
- Result pages that vary by score band
Workflow fit
A wholesale team onboards each new stockist with a ten-minute terms quiz, with no marking on Fridays.

F.05 / analytics
see the exact question where people leave
Views, starts and completions update as responses arrive. A step-by-step funnel names the field with the steepest drop, so you edit one question instead of rewriting a form. Filter by date or by traffic source, then export a report that explains itself.
- Per-field drop-off and median time to answer
- Scheduled weekly report to any inbox
Workflow fit
Monday’s review starts with one chart: which step lost people last week, and did Friday’s edit help.

F.06 / responses
every answer, sortable, selectable, sendable
Responses sit in a table you can search, filter by status and sort by any column. Tick a few rows and the bulk bar offers the next move: send to HubSpot, post to Slack, or export. Set a status, hand a row to a teammate, and nothing waits in a spreadsheet.

F.07 / sync
map each answer to the field that needs it
Connect Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot or Zapier once, then map answers to destination fields: company name to a HubSpot company, volume to a deal property, a new application to a channel post. Every sync is logged with a timestamp, and a failed one retries before it bothers anyone.
Workflow fit
An approved stockist becomes a HubSpot contact and a row in the ops sheet before anyone opens the inbox.

F.08 / trust
the quiet features: who can see it, and whether it’s up
Applications carry business details and sometimes payments. These safeguards sit underneath every plan’s canvas, and the Enterprise Suite adds the controls a security review asks for.
Fig. 8.1 — roles, SSO and audit log
Fig. 8.2 — public status, incidents listed in full
roles and single sign-on
Owner, editor and viewer roles on every plan. The Enterprise Suite adds SSO and role-based permissions down to the form.
an audit trail you can read
Edits, exports and role changes are logged with who and when. Enterprise adds data-residency options for teams that need them.
a status page that lists the bad days
Incidents are posted publicly, including the minor ones, and responses submitted during a sync failure are queued, not dropped.
F.09 / stack
built to join the tabs you already keep open
Four connections are native. The rest arrive through Zapier or Make, so a finished application can reach nearly anything with an inbox or an API.
- Slack
- Google Sheets
- HubSpot
- Zapier
- Make
- Intercom
- Zoom
- Mailchimp
- Trello
- QuickBooks
- Airtable
Outlined = native · the rest via Zapier or Make
F.10 / next form
ask better. read faster. act sooner.
Every capability above ships on annual plans from $159. The Enterprise Suite, at $719 a year, adds unlimited responses, SSO, audit logs and a dedicated success manager.
